My Experian report is pretty clean except for an unpaid $1696 Fed. Tax Lien.  BofA foreclosed on me before but that isn't on my CR.  Do I have a chance at a CC with them?

You can try but nothing is for sure, BOA cards are NOT too easy to get, Even the Chase Freedom is easier than BOA....

i think you have a better chance of Product Changing that CapOne Journey Visa into a Quicksilver Visa than anything BOA......
