BofA CLI

I was given a 3500 CL 6 months ago because of my relationship with the bank without an application that would have listed income. Now with the cutting of my 6th statement they gave me an increase of $500 which would be less than 15%- Because of current conditions should I just wait or request the online which would let me give them some income info or call CSR.I was hoping to get increase to 5000- My utilization when reported was less than 10% each month. My EQ and EX are good but some 4 year old lates on TU- Thanks

Re: BofA CLI

You can call and ask to get CLI. But before they process, make sure they do not do another hard inq for the CLI. If they were to do a hard, I would wait few more months and then see if they would give CLI.

Re: BofA CLI

My recent successful experience with them was to ask for the CLI via their website. They make it clear that it's not a hard pull unless prompted. They asked me for my salary, and whether I rented or owned my place. Received message that I'd hear back in one business day. Next day approved for $6,500 increase (and no hard pull). Love BOA so far--just got my card a little over a month ago..
