I won’t touch Bank of America as a credit card issuer. Ever since the MBNA was integrated into Bank of America, the product has never been the same and has gone downhill. Customers should be saving and gaining high returns on investments, not spending and linking accounts to get a high rewards rate for spend.
issuers that I currently like are American Express, Capital One, Chase and Barclays. Also USAA for those who qualify, and other credit union cards such as PenFed, Navy Federal, and some others. Haven’t seen other banks as competitive with their offerings.
