When I factor in my wife's income I don't consider it high at all and its not month to month as I have already stated. My DTI was 17% Feb-March. After vacationing this summer it is higher and it will be below 25% in October and even lower in November. I have a business as well as I have previously stated. Again, thanks for the comments. I'm moving on. Not to sound ungrateful but there is nothing else I can gain from this particular conversation before things begin to be repeated and reassurance turns into scolding without taking in ALL of the info I have provided thus far. I'm over it now.
