I started with a 99/500 approximately a year ago, and about 6-7 months in, a LUV button showed up. However, after the card graduated and I got the increase to 1000, the LUV button disappeared. This happened in July of 2009.

$63,527.02 is your Available credit
$0.00 is your Temporary Authorization
(rounded) What is a temporary authorization?
"Temporary Authorizations" is the amount reduced from your available credit due to authorized but yet unposted charges you have made.
This convo inspired me to hit the luv button. Sadly I was given the number to call and all things looked well until she saw my *other* B of A account...the one that is currently on a payment plan and was closed by the bank two years ago. :-(
She did say that once I get that paid off, after a few more on time payments on the current card (I've never been late and always PIF) I should be able to request a CLI successfully, so there's hope yet!
In two places:
1) In the "Balance Summary" section as described by plasticguy above, and
2) In the list of choices that appear if you click on the "Services" tab.
