Hello Everyone,
I opened a secured card with BofA at the end of March. I deposited 300 for the initial CL. I have been putting gas, small purchases, etc. on it and paying in full every week since I have had the card(the last month). I pulled my reports tonight and the following appeared only on my TU:

PO BOX 982238 EL PASO, TX 79998 (800) 421-2110

PO BOX 982238 EL PASO, TX 79998 (800) 421-2100

Does anyone know why they would soft pull me so much?
Thanks!

I dont know how it was with others but i also noticed when i first opened my secured with BofA, same thing was happening right at the start (first few couple of months). Maybe they like to keep a close eye on people starting or rebuilding credit.
It's not uncommon when an account first is opened that a lender will do multiple SP's and watch far more closely than later when the consumer has proven themselves and the account is well established.
Several major lenders do this, it's not specific to BOFA, and nothing to be concerned about.
Thank you for the reply. I was just curious as I haven't had this happen before.
