CC non-usage question

I have seen where many of you have had cc's closed or limits lowered for nonuse. Approximately how long would that be? I will use most of my cards monthly but 2-3 of them are cards I will only use once or twice a year (old navy, brylane, vs)

It varies, but I think once of year is enough use for store cards.   I had a Dell account closed after 2 years. of non use.

For major network cards, my guess is you need to use them more oftern, maybe every 3 months or so.,

I don't think lenders expect store cards to be used as often, I'd think a few times a year should be fine.  For major credit cards, definitely atleast every 6 months, I'd suggest 3 to be safe.
