CL for 25k income?

Hi. What is the highest credit limit I can get for only making 25k/year? I have a clean credit history, and my AAoA is 6 years. Is anyone making around that much, and if so, what is your highest CL on a credit card?

Can you have a CL that is more than you make???

I make a little more than that, and my highest CL is $4000.

Combined $25k est. For one card, $4-7k maybe after a while up to 50% or $12.5k if other factors are in there, location, rent/own, job, income history, ect.. My friend earns $27k and the highest CL she could get was $5,500 and that was with 4 years of trying to get CLIs. Right now it's the hard times to get high CLs.
