You should see an auto CLI at your 6mo anniversary.
My experience has been that Chase generally gives you the maximum limit they regard as appropriate at the time. So I wouldn't personally invest time or effort in chasing a CLI with a brand new card from them. I'd wait for the auto-CLI before requesting any customer-initiated CLIs.
