CLI Soft and Hard Pulls

Hi, I don't know how you guys do it but every single card I called said they just periodically review credit lines and are soft pulls but anytime you call and initiate a CLI it is always a hard pull. I used back door #'s and everything and still had no luck. Any advice here would be appreciated thanks!

What are the cards you have that you are trying to receive a cli on?

HD 1000CL
Zales 500CL

This is all i know about these cards however i would say to do a search with the search terms of the credit card name and cli, posts will pop up for you to review.

I dont know about all cards. When I ask Macy's / Nordstrom / BOA / FIA I get CLI with soft.

Every time I ask CLI with chase / national city I get hard.

HSBC they say there will be hard, but there is no hard.
