CLI at Activation

Did with Cap1 cause it was the only one I tried.  Sucky limit and adv they could keep it otherwise

I dont think there would be a need since they have the most recent pull.  I did call HSBC and asked for CLI but the rep read the script that they may require a 'new copy of your credit report; read hard after promised soft, said no thank you

Depends on the CCC. Amex and FIA no hards, CITI sometimes. I always ask before requesting a CLI.
