Credit to DoC.
For Q3, Chase has added some new bonus categories on Sapphire Reserve and Sapphire Preferred.
Gas - 5x CSR, 3x CSP up to $1500
Streaming* - 10x CSR, 5x CSP up to $1500
Instacart Grocery Pickup and Delivery - 5x CSR, 3x CSP up to $3000
Plus either a $50 statement credit for new or renewing annual Instacart Express membership, or 3 months of statement credit to cover the monthly plan.
* Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Netflix, Sling, Vudu, Fubo TV, Apple Music, SiriusXM, Pandora, Spotify, YouTube TV
Ah, nice! I don't have a gas category after today, so 3x on the CSP will be helpful. It also looks like I'll be updating my Netflix credit card info.
5x on gas is a winner for me since I've been using my BCP for the 3%.

Doesn't your PNC card give 4%?
Has the Sapphire always had bonus categories like the Freedom card?

No. Like groceries and restaurants recently, this is just added value (presumably to keep cardmembers from canceling AF cards).
@K-in-Boston do you think it's something they will keep around?
Thank you for responding.

Indeed it does. However, it's sock-drawered while I'm paying down a balance transfer.
Thanks KiB

Additional bonus categories year-round would be great, but I'm pretty sure this is going to be temporary. These types of offers will likely keep coming until travel starts to get back to normal.
