CSR Travel Credit in Cardmember Year

My 2020 CSR AF posted October 1 2020.

I started charging travel expenses, so had two Alaska Airlines tickets charged October 12. $248 x 2.

Rental car posted Nov 22, $548.

Airport parking Nov 23 $277

No $300 travel credit yet on the CSR.

Earlier this year, the Travel Credit as Dining Credit was posting a day or two after the dining charge posted to the account.

So I'm a little surprised at the delay in posting.

Re: CSR Travel Credit in Cardmember Year

Did you maybe already use your new travel credit?  Chase doesn't seem to charge the AF until months after my anniversary date, which is when the travel credit resets.  The date of reset is shown on the same screen as the amount used in the current cardholder year.  Mine has been spent within a few weeks of the reset each year so far.

Re: CSR Travel Credit in Cardmember Year

Nope not happened at all this year.

Have traveled enough that each month has some expenses that would at least partially use the credit.

Past anniversary (and AF) by 2 months and no sign of the credit. On that logic; I'd see one from last year on one of this year's statements, and I don't.

Re: CSR Travel Credit in Cardmember Year

I just confirmed I received all $300 of the travel credit in September for 2018, 2019, and 2020.  AF posted 01 December past two years and assume it will in a few days.

Ok, well that's convenient. Mine shows the Cardmember year is as of June, which puts it at about June 2 2020 when it reset. At that time, Chase activated the "use the Travel credit for Dining" so I started getting the credit for that cardmember year ( June 2020 to June 2021 ) as a coincidence.

So I'll start seeing travel credits in June 2021 again, which is OK as the presumed $550 fee will post October 1, 2021.

Re: CSR Travel Credit in Cardmember Year

Latest statement just cut, I see a few partial credits adding up to the $300. Not the next, but the 2nd statement after my sign-up month.
