Can I get a second card from Citi for 2nd BT ?

I already have a Citi Diamond Preferred with a balance transfer from November 2011 that I am using for 21 months now.

My question is can I get another Citi card with a BT or do I have to go with another bank for a second BT ? 

 I have to wait 6 months or so to get my balance down before I try for another card.

Yes you can.  I have had 2 Citi cards with 0% BTs on them open at the same time.  Just can't BT from another Citi card though.

You can have BT amount deposited to a bank account (linked to your Citi card) and pay them right back. You can also use deposit a BT check, and pay them back.

My debts are holding me back from applying right now. I also have applied for to many cards lately.

Cap one -August 2011     

HSBC     -August 2011

Citi          -Nov 2011

USbank -Nov 2011

Discover-Dec 2011

My limits are 11,250.00  including chase from 2008. 

I may be around 65% utilization.

I don't think I have a chance right now. What should I do?
