If possible could I also get in on some EO contact info? BTW do Cap 1 EO CLI's require a hard pull? ...I know the online luv button does not but that hasn't worked for me after two attempts... Thanks

If it's possible, I'd greatly appreciate the info too. I've been fighting Cap1 for the past two weeks and it's been a nightmare (including Facebook team). Truly shocked at the lack of care :/
