Anyone else having this issue? There was a message saying:
Beginning March 21, 2020, we will have a new validation process when making a paymet using an external payment account.
It said they might have to email instructions and it could take 3 business days to complete.
When I went to manage external account it said I had none. I added mine and it said it would work right away but I continue getting the message that I can't make a payment. Same with my wife's cards.

Just tried and got an error. I will try again tomorrow!
Won't those account holders using auto pay be surprised to find out their payments haven't been posting.
Looks like a rollout of a botched new system. Terrible planning and execution.
I'd push a payment from my bank until it gets fixed.
Just gotta love US Bank at times
I can fund US Bank Checking with immediate transfer from Chase.. and pay Cards from USB Checking.
