Can't product change a discover it!!!

I would call Discover and ask. I do know someone did mention that they applied for a different card during the IT conversion and got an IT card. You definitely don't want two IT cards or to waste an inquiry.

lol ya i would call and just ask if they still offer it. Honestly at the look of the card its pretty outdated especially for that annual fee.

just got off the phone with new accounts and they said yes you can still apply for the escape but they started laughing because they said for the last couple months not one person has asked for the escape every single new account has been for the discover it!

I dont get it, the escape seems like a really good rewards card, 2 miles on every dollar uncapped seems great no?

idk, i think its too outdated. just found this though: One of Discover Escape Card's unique features is you receive rewards of 1,000 bonus miles for each month you make a purchase during your first 25 months (and again, 25,000 miles is an airline ticket).

I also couldn't find any other products on the Discover website but the Escape definitely looks like a good travel card.  I'm planning on asking for a CLI on my It that requires a HP so I wonder if they'll let me apply with the same pull.
