Can you move AMEX CLs?

9/10/12          Got AMEX Delta with 2k CL

11/23/12        Belated 61 day 3xCLI   6k CL

1/2/12             Got BCP with 8.4k CL

So 4/23/13 I'll be able to request another CLI on my AMEX.  I have two options.  I can go for 18k on my Delta or 25.2k on my BCP (Obviously, I wouldnt request anything above 25k since 0.2k isnt worth the FR hazzle.  Also, I dont need lines this high with AMEX.

To be honest, I would be happy with 12k CL on each one of cards.  Can I request a CLI of 9.6k on my BCP (total CL of 18k) and then if approved, transfer 6k of available credit to my Delta (and can it be done without a HP?)

You use to be able to move CL so EASYILY online, now sure if they still do it... but I would do it with the new card for the CLI and then it will be bonus if you get the full $25k and if you can move some of the CL!

You can, but account has to age 12 months first.  You can't move personal to business, but can easily from within personal cards.

You can just do it online.  When the option is available, a new link will appear "reallocating credit lines," is what it's called, if memory serves.
