I have an AmEx Platinum, MSD 1998, with my wife an as AU. My wife has an AmEx PRG, MSD 2013. I also have a BCP with her as an AU. We were thinking of closing her PRG to simplify and save the AF. She has 850 FICO scores across the board. I guess she could PC to a Green, but it's not really necessary. I'd like to run all our spending through the Platinum, the BCP and our Chase accounts (she has Freedom and I have CSP). Not really interested in paying the AF to stick it in the SD. Can anyone think of a reason not to cancel the PRG?
