Cancelled by credit grantor ? what does this mean

I have a BOA loan that I have not used in over a year. Anyhow, the balance is zero.  Under the description category it says " Cancelled by credit grantor"  but then  under account status it says " account is open".  The red late payment thingys are still showing, but I did send a GW letter to BOA last week.  Any insight ?

Hmm. I would guess that they closed your account. Have you tried calling them?

Yeah...the "open" reporting might be a mistake...your account may have been closed due to inactivity...

Same Here....BofA loan closed by credit grantor due to inactivity.  Would have been nice if they would have notified me...i.e. Hey You, Better Use This Line Within 30 Days or We'll Close You Down!
