Cap 1 Luv Button question.

I got my first CLI in December per the credit steps program.  For the last few weeks I've been hitting the luv button to no avail. I keep getting, "

There has recently been a change to the credit line on this account"  What is the key to getting early luv from Cap 1?

I don't believe there is a key really.  6 months in between CLI is the "norm" for Cap One.  Good Luck!
