I got the card in November and have only received the initial credit steps CLI

TU FICO - 752 (8/12/11)
EX PLUS - 721 (8/9/11)
EQ FICO - 648 (2010)

I got My Secure Cap1 $1200 on Dic 2010  on jun got CLI to $1700 and is unsecure now in Credit steps
