Cap One Venture Question?

Hi all,

I have a general question about the capital one venture card. Is it easy to use their points or rewards towards free hotel nights?

As easy as spending money. They use orbitz to find stuff. Then just use your points. Easy as it gets.

Re: Cap One Venture Question?

It's a piece of cake.  Just book whatever hotel room you want through whatever service you want using your Venture card.  Then, after it appears on your bill, you can apply your Venture points towards the price of the hotel room.  It's really the easiest, fastest and most convenient redemption process around.  This also allows you to take advantage discount booking sites and room specials & bonuses that places like Hilton & Marriott send out pretty much every weekend.

You can also redeem for partial amounts, as low as $25.  For example, if you have $25 in rewards, you can still book any room you want, then use the rewards of $25.  You don't have to wait until you accumulate enough points to pay for a room in its entirety.

That used to be the deal breaker with Venture before. Glad they fixed it.
