How long is Cap ones's memory?

I have a charge off from them that is aging 7 years in March 09.

Will they give me another cc? The CO is for $1210.09 

My credit is improved now to the point I am weeding out the old.

We closed on our house 3 weeks ago and I need some better cards with better limits.

They're pretty good about second chances. I had a paid CO from '02 that fell off two of the three CR, and I just got a new card from them. BTW they pull all three reports.

I had a CO from 2001 for $5000, It just aged off earlier this year. I just apped a few days ago and got approved for $300. Its weak, but I'm going to try and milk it for all its worth. Oh, and they extended an auto loan to me in the amount of $15,323 while the CO+CA was on my reports. I put $5000 down, so I don't know if that helped any.

I have my issues with Capt. one but the one thing I will say about them is they will give you a second and even a third chance with them, even if you file them in a bk.
