Cap1 - Account Combination - Finally!!!!

I done 2 of those combos this year already so i'm glad to hear that it finally went thru CC.

Like you i know some folks are still having a time trying to get that account combination to work for them too.

My Platinum card is a no AF QS, just not a visa signature card.. Have enough of those already lol so really doesn't hurt if it doesn't says signature on the card as long as it has the 1.5% earning and a 10.x apr

Thanks all.. Keep the hope alive lol!  Just about to push a payment for my other 20k QS shortly to pay it off and do a combine on it tomorrow I am thinking to my QS Platinum card

i try every day and nothing i got 4 cards and 3 are qualified but they keep hitting me with the no cards qualify message

Keep trying... As long as they are 6 months old and 0 balance then you should be able to do it in theory..Although didnt hold true until today for myself

Ok so I wanted to try and get some input on this theory I have. My accounts won't combine (bummer). I'm wondering if they also consider their retail cards as well when doing account combination.

Thing is....a few months ago my Kohl's payment was late. Not 30 days late because I caught it in time and apparently when I added my checking account I did it incorrectly so the payment didn't go through.
I'm wondering if they look at that also when considering since it's one of their cards. Have any of you who can't do the combination ever been late with co-brand/retail cards? I'm just trying to come up with any other reasons why many of us aren't able to combine our cards.
