When you say emails where are you looking?
Because if you were enrolled you'll find it in your account secure message center when signed in is this what you mean by email?
Just curious
Hadn't even thought about that! So thanks. Nothing in my messages so I used the chat feature. Apparently I'm enrolled and will get a $500 increase in February. Was hoping for more but guess I'll be happy with that.
Glad you found the info
I also should have told you exactly where to find it ...Lol my bad

Under statement and Docs tab
For a data point. I started both my cap 1's in February with a $500 SL and the promise of at least $250 more in credit steps. Got a CLI in April to bring them both up to $1500 and the STEPS increase in August that brought them each to $2000. Now I'm waiting for another round of CLI's in February before combining both cards.
Received my credit steps increase and it was just the $500. Nice but not thrilling. This card is probably not gong to get much use going forward. My current cards are;
Discover: $7,500
BCE: $4,000
Chase Freedom: $4,500
CSR: $10,000
Amazon Store Card: $1,500
Ulta Store Card: $1,250
Cap1 QS1: $1,500
So with the $1,500 credit limit it doesn't seem worth keeping when time for the annual fee rolls around. The only other card I have with an annual fee is the CSR.
A week before the AF comes due send a secure message and ask for an upgrade to QS
Good luck
why don't you apply QS and combine QS-1 to QS? after you get CLI on both accounts? it takes 6-9 months depends on what you wan
higher limit with no annual fee
