Had my wife's $800 platnium pc'd to QS. Card was opened in early February for $300. Asked for cli on 4/26 recieved $500.cli to 800. Pc'd to qs with $800 cl on 6/21 (2016).

Did the exact thing for my $4500 QS1 and had the same results. My Qs1 was opened on Jan 22, for $1000 requested cli on 4/26 got $3500 cli, (asked for pc day after ddenied) and did the above chat same day as wife and was upgraded to QS w/o AF.
I think CO does upgrades at certain times of the year?? who knows. That's one tiny CL QS
