I know this topic has been discussed in general before, however I'm looking for recent information as to whether or not Capital One miles are still able to be redeemed for full value for almost anything.
They are advertising only Restaurant Take Out/Delivery and Streaming, however I have a MyFico charge that's able to be redeemed for full value.
My main concern is I'm looking to put an $800 auto repair charge on it and would love to erase the charge with my miles.
I don't think they changed redemption rates or process, just bonus categories.
