Sent an email to the Capital One Executive Office asking for my annual fee's to be removed on 2 of my cards that still have an AF. Less than 24 hours later, I got a phone call and they removed the $39 AF on both of my cards. Thought it was a nice beginning to my day.

I would confirm with them whether its permanent or just one time. Push for permanent!
