CapOne QS CLI/ APR reduction with HP from Venture app

Well. Come to think of it, my 18.9% APR is also a temporary reduction of 3% from 21.9% i got in May. I'll just settle with this for now and look to combine cards when they become eligible again in 6 months time.

I was able to get a reduction on a quicksilver mastercard with variable rate of 22.9% down to 15.9% on a plat mc from 2011 upgraded to quicksilver rewards. I did go the EO route. I never abused the EO, called them 3 times in my years of being a customer for a few different reasons. soft pull review and approved a week or so later.

I don't want to go to EO for this & want CapOne to keep EO option open for everyone for the right cause.
I usually PIF and have never paid CapOne any interest, so it doesn't really matter. Still it's good to have a low APR fall back card to leave a balance once in a while.
