Capital One 18 months BT

Anyone seen this offer before? My friend just got it. Only seen it for 12 months.

I just checked my account. Options listed are for 12 months with a 2% BT fee. I took advantage of an offer from Barclay recently. 15 months with a 1% BT fee.

I got an 18 month with 1% fee on quicksilver visa signature recently.

They don't like me as much as you guys... LOL.  The best I've ever been offered by them is 12 months at 0% with a 3% fee.  Smiley Sad

I just got this in the mail yesteday.

Does your friend use his card much?  I have had mine for almost a year and have never used it.

A couple times a month maybe. I can't even get the 12 month 3% fee on mine. Stuck at the same as purchases offer at 17.9%.

I've been getting 2 of these a month for the last 3 months 

1 personal 1 business 

The only thing I noticed that changes is the BT fee the 18 month promo has been the same on both

Sometimes 1%-2%-3%

Yesterday's personal was 3% so guess I'll see another one for business this week

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

  That makes two of us.   Capital one is never offer me a balance transfer.
