I have had this account for 18 months. Originally a $300 CL (Capital One Cash Rewards) with an increase to a $500 CL after about 6 months.
No lates, excellent payment history.
After a recent move, they failed to update my address, I didnt get a statement, long story short I had a 30 day late. After haggling with the executive offices, they are removing the 30 day late and were very kind about the situation. In the call with them today I requested a CLI to $1500. Income is $100,000/Year, with good payment history. She said she would have a person manually review it, rather than a computer review and I would hear somehting in 3 days.
Do you think the chances are good for an increase? This is a soft pull btw.
