I'll have to answer your question with a question.

Where did you get your scores? No one has been able to pull their own Experian FICO score since February of 2009. Creditors can pull Experian and also there is a CU in Pennsylvania that supplies that information to it's members only. You can only buy true FICO scores at a few places. One place is here at myfico. I suggest you do an internet search for "myfico discount codes" to save a little money. You can also purchase your Equifax score at www.equifax.com (If you look hard enough) and your Transunion score at www.transunioncs.com.

Then your scores are good to go.  Smiley Happy  I won't attempt to say whether you'd be approved or not.

Cap One pulled all 3 credit reports when I was approved for their secured card.

Re: Capital One Credit card offer.. Question

I buy my EQ and TU scores from My Fico.  They usually

have a code for a discount.  It has been removed lately. You

can get EX direct from Experian.

Cap One pulls all 3 CRAs.

Hi casinoannie! Unfortunately we can't post discount codes on these forums. However, in the future, feel free to suggest that others google "myFICO discount codes" or to checkout twitter.com/myFICO for some great discounts. BTW, the ones on twitter are better the the one you posted. FYI for some extra savings. - llecs, myFICO moderator.

Re: Capital One Credit card offer.. Question

IME, Cap1 offers are very unreliable as a predictor of your approval.  I have known many, many people who received offers repeatedly every month, only to get rejected on "acceptance" which is really an application.

If you follow the credit basics here...that is your best predictor.  Go to the Cap1 site and look at their products...they list who the card is best suited for by credit traits.
