Hi everyone, I am trying to get a recon on my CLI. I have had the account for a few years and due to some unfortunate circumstances, I would like to explain, I have a late tick 8 months ago. It is the only card I have ever been late on but they won't increase me from $300. I make great money and I paid all my credit off last month. I have no other bad items on my report except a bill a company that waited 4 years to post something (which I am fighting). The only problem is I can't get a credit card increase and Capital One won't do a hard hit. They refused me and I would like to explain my situation and see if I could get them to reconsider.
