So an update on my progress. They finally got back to me. Not what I wanted, but I'll take it. They raised me from $1,250 to $2,000. With CO, it's surprising they even did that.. but hey, I'll trying again in a few months..

Idk of any EO's with that power, however some banks have senior/executive analyst with the power to overturn any decision made by lower analysts, etc. Typically EO works with this higher team which might be more willing to bend a bit due to escalated issue.
