Some of you remember my long processes with Capital One and loosing my personal Quicksilver over AU's but was able to get my 2 business cards back through EO since they had no AU on them and I provided my verification documents.
Well my partners 2 accounts have been frozen for past month for same thing and today rep called him and he called me on conference call and I said we were looking to close down the personal and keep the business like was done with my accounts, etc.
She was like and what's your name?
She then says, "We are still investigating your accounts"
I was like no, you are not... that has all been resolved and all my accounts were closed but then EO opened my 2 business accounts back up.
The conversation moved on and we dealt with his accounts and the call ended with her closing both accounts and me sending EO another email asking that the same thing be done with his personal card as mine and re-open the business card.
I come home and log into my accounts... RESTRICTED AGAIN.
I've been holding for 18 minutes so far to speak to "My account specialist" whatever/whoever that is.
I literally have used my 1 business account just once since they were re-opened so not sure what the issue is.
This guy is as clueless about the sky as he is the bank he works for and asked me if I asked for my accounts to be closed?
I said when?
He said April 29.
I said no.
He said no, March 29.
I said if I asked to have my accounts closed why are they not closed instead of restricted.
Oh... umm.
I said if it was March, yes I asked them to be closed, but they were re-opened and unrestricted... WHO went in behind the Executive office and restricted them again and WHY?!
Now I'm on hold for him to reach out to some other department... hopefully, the next person is in the USA!

I actually just remembered I had received a letter from her stating they were extending my 50k mile bonus for another 3 months on my business account that they re-opened because it was frozen upon arrival originally and attached to that letter was the PIN to get directly into Executive line... I left a message as they are only open until 5 and I hung up on the other phone where I was on hold again at over 25 minutes and seemed to be put back into regular CSR.
I never did find someone that could even tell me why they were locked again, so will just wait for EO tomorrow to sort it out.

otherwise, I don't much care at this point but will work with EO and see if it can be resolved quickly or if I should 100% move on.
