Capital One Product Change on its Own

Has anyone had there savor card converted to a platinum MasterCard without there knowledge? I logged into my account to see my card has been converted as of October 4 for no apparent reason.

Its probably an overnight glitch I've seen it before. You can call them to verify.

If you saw all the blue boxes and name changes. Cap1 is doing system maintenance this am.

@JWest, it's system maintenance.

 

You're seeing the Mastercard product name. Capital One normally attempts to show your card image along with its Capital One product name. An exception is when your card has a custom image. In that case, you'll see the Mastercard or Visa product name all the time. The other exception is during system maintenance. When that happens, everyone affected by the maintenance will see Mastercard or Visa product names.

 

Rest assured that when this happens, you still have a Savor card. Smiley Happy

Fire medic is correct. They were doing maintenance and all cards were showing up like that. Back to normal now
