Yeah there are other cards with 2% and no FTF but they typically have many strings attached which the QS doesn't have.

I just looked at my credit report and my Quicksilver is my oldest account.  I better make sure it stays open for a while or my credit score could take a hit.

If you close it your score won't take a hit until 10 years later but by then your other accounts will have aged quite a bit so the harm could be minimal.

@rgd51 - the 10 year rule is a guidance and not 100% guaranteed. Some tradelines can get removed earlier than that timeframe while others can stay or reports longer.  It's typically mentioned that it can be up to 10 years because reported instances of tradelines being removed earlier does happen - just FYI.
