Mine just updated with statement balance from July's statement on 8/14. It was supposed to update on 7/20. It was not a HSBC transition though.

i had my statement report for my cap one, but it didn't actually report to CRA. Did they report for you ?
My two cards finally reported yesterday. Unfortunately, on one of them it was the balance I had before paying it down and getting the CLI, so I took a hit on utility for now. Oh well.
My CAP1 card is reporting from June an old balance as of now. No updated info provided to CRAs
Good to see this thread since I was extremely irritated with Cap 1 for updating yesterday with my balance from July. 1- My payment due date is not until the 24th and statement date is the 26th. 2 - the account was just paid in full on 8/14 so officially there is a 0 balance. I guess they are having reporting issues and this will correct itself soon but I am SO over Cap 1.

Similar thing happened to me and my score dropped a bit but still above 700. My next statement balance is scheduled to report at the end of this month (08/28) and this will include a 2500 cli (5k to 7.5k total limit).
Mine just reported. My eq score went from 617- 707. 2 words... Mind blown.
