I got the same thing from EX but didnt notice anything about soft pulls (wasn't exactly looking for it) but i didnt see it

I have monthly subscriptions to all 3 CB's and myFICO but i dont see anywhere where I can see soft pulls
Third party sites like myFICO or a 3 in 1 monitoring service won't show the soft pulls. Only direct pulls through annualcreditreport.com or the CRA's will show them.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 3/11 pulled by lender- 835, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782

CRA's are bureaus right?? I have those. I tried annualcreditreport.com and kept getting the runaround from all bureaus needing something in writing to access it.
I have noticed that they soft me on my card every month also. I havent received a CLI from them in 2 years and my scredit score has increased by about 60 points since I applied for the card. Called at least twice last year but no increase.

Until you can get your full reports from some source you will unable to see who has softed you. I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing them at annualcreditreport.com. I wish I had a suggestion to help you with that.
What monthly CMS (Credit Monotoring Service) do you have?

Something to try for the OP:
I don't know if it works in all cases, but you may be able to call and get a hard copy of your CR if the online option is not helping. I was unable to get my Equifax online saying they cant verify my Identity. I called up the automated system and got the hard copy in about a week. They (CRAs) dun worry too much about identity when you request a hard copy as it goes to your known good mailing address, while the online report is more risky.

If so then it wouldn't be the first time i was incorrect about something. I may have been under the mistaken impression that only full CR's will have the softs but I might have spoken out of turn. If I misled you I apologize.
And I don't quite understand what you are asking about concerning the EQ and TU pulls.

EQ Complete is a full report.
OK, well, I think it is.
I have EQ CreditWatch Gold, and that's a full report.
* goes off in confusion over the multiplicity of EQ products these days *

I'm confused myself over EQ's products. Too many. I got too many subscriptions as it is
