Capital One and my EO experience

Email went out yesterday afternoon requesting CLI, AF waiver and inquiry removal as i was told there would be none when I requested AF waiver in June

(which was denied)

Call back last night,

Both cards upgraded to Quicksilver One, with 1.5% cash back (first card with them had no rewards, second had 1%)

AF for both refunded

request to remove inquiry will be sent to cra's

and by next week i will know if i get my cli that i requested!!!

thats awesome, Ive called the EO, they didnt want to give me a CLI, I already hit the I luv you button, and got the letter stating I had 2 late payments. shame, but they did upgrade me to Quicksilver with NO AF. which is fine with me.

Fantastic OP! That is quite the accomplishment. It is not very common that an INQ gets removed, even if it was the fault of the OC

No phone call yet, the nice man set up a call for tuesday

logged into my account and saw an increase!!!!!

I asked for $2000 and got $1500!!!

still no increase on my second account, but hopefully something by next week

love the boards, you guys have helped my to raise my score from mid 400 to mid 600 ...go from no credit to enough credit in a year and a half.
