Capital One changed Due Dates if your due date was the 23rd, 24th or 25th

Can someone confirm this is legal? From my understanding the Card Act of 2009 does NOT allow a creditor to change due dates.

Card Act allows a creditor to change just about anything with sufficient notice.

Yeah, it's not like they pushed it up sooner. They pushed due date out further. This happened to me around the time of original post, just didn't see thread.

They changed my due date, but also gave me a $1k auto CLI lol

To add on to this.  Shortly after they changed the due date, I asked and was approved for a 1500 CLI.  Then within a month my card was upgraded to a WMC but my CL was only 4500 after CLI.  I thought that WMC had a 5K min but I'm not complaining.  Hopefully I can get another 500 - 1K CLI in 2020 to make everything copacetic.
