Maybe the weight of the extra high interest rates that Cap 1 penalizes people with will pull them down.

yes john you are right! My interest rate is 28.15, they like to screw me... i'm going to check my cr and see if it's updated

Hmmm. Mine isn't reporting. I'm listed as an authorized user on my husband's cap one card. Maybe that's why the credit limit isn't showing.
