Capital One pre-qual site down?

I just checked it as I do periodically and it's down for "system maintenance." Could Capital One be making more changes?

Looks like it's back up. The only change I see is the Platinum card has a new look and chip:

Capital One is recycling images. LOL! My old HSBC card was converted to that look back in 2013 (no chip of course). It's now a QS1 but it was differently that shade with red edging prior to the PC.
