I hate to say it but your history with Capital One isn't even that long.
And for everyone's info, they don't always do your minimum on the limits, I told them my minimum was $4k but I would like to see about twice that and they went to $10k. I think it is still very much based on your profile.
Guess I'm late here. Just wanna say that I could +1 so many of you right now

All,
Yes I left the word not out of the item 1. Should say I have not been 60 days late in the last last year. Sorry for the omission
Joshy,
On item 2 Have ever been late on any account at all? Your score listed in item 4 is good. There is on creditcards.com a graph showing what they consider to excellent and it starts at 749.. On item 3 you have a credit card or a car loan that either is paid or being paid for at three years. My comment about the all the new credit was in reference to all the new accounts in your siggy that have open in the last year. CLI inquires will also lower your score. From a lenders perspective an inquiry means the pursuit on new credit. There is no difference between CLI or a new acocunt in this regard. The lender works from the perspective a consumer applies for the credit they need not want or would like. All those inquires plus now you are asking for more credit raises the question WHY? I would be very surpised if your request is granted.
Based on the tone of the e-mail and credit profile information shared here would be happy to let card holder move on if I were tasked with responding to this loan request. Nontheless, would imagine there's probably a better than 50/50 chance will at least be granted the minimum increase requested.
Not to jump on the negative bandwagon, but I too wouldn't view this request too kindly. One the tone is off, two your credit profile doesn't scream out to me that you have been denied something you are due; and lastly, your grammar isn't acceptable. (I know this is a web forum and I hope you were planning on scrubbing up the grammar/spelling etc but I just wanted to make it clear that if you are going to put best foot forward to get CLI/PC you need to make sure all the little details are addressed).

Im feeling the luv. Even when I'm drunk I give good advice (I may not follow it but I can give it out). The only difference is that I give advice less tactfully when Im not sober.
