If it still a QS 1 then it is still subprime, but if they sent you a new card that simply says QS then it's prime. So if it's prime you essentially would be able to obtain two new subprime cards, but the real question is why would you want to head back to subprime territory? You've moved past that phase, I'd just focus on obtaining further prime cards instead of building up sub primes, not worth the hassle or AF.
Not sure how true that is. I have a QS, venture, qs1 and platinum. Platinum was PCed to QS. I can't get a platinum or QS1 lol

Interesting, could be an exposure issue, but with Cap One who knows. Any guess would be as good as another when it comes to them.
I thought my VS limit was low. I've been at $250 since last year.
Are the co-branded cards prime or subprime?
Super random.. So only the Quicksilver and the venture are considered prime with capital one? The ventureone is subprime?
