Hello! I've always had a capital one platinum credit card that was one of the rebuilding credit cards. It's been stuck at a $750 limit forever. I logged into my account the other day and I noticed it says quicksilver now on the pic of the credit card beside my account. My limit is still the same. I was wondering if anyone knows what this means? Hoping it means I finally have a better card! Please help. Thanks!

Also I've seen where a lot of people received offers to upgrade their cards etc. I never did. Just noticed when I logged in

It might mean that your Platinum was PC'ed to the QS1 card. I would call to verify, since snail mail notification may take a week or more. Have you seen any change in your rewards structure? All QS cards have a 1.5% CB structure, so if you didn't have any rewards, or had 1% and now have 1.5%, that is a good indication that your card has been upgraded. From now on, use the EO route for CLI requests. That seems to be a great way to get results. The best of luck to you.
