How does everyone get access to there online chat for me the button never shows i never have the option of chatting online so i'm just wondering is there some special place you must go after being logged in?

For me it always popped up on top of the page after a few minutes but then it would go away and come back several times depending on how long I lingered on the page. It's kind of weird.

FWIW, I've had success with contacting CSRs through chat. I was able to get my Platinum upgraded to Venture via a chat session. The results are definitely a YMMV sort of thing. Good luck!
