I wonder if its due to the deactivated accounts on my account home. It seems to select that one when I go to the link, (doesnt let me choose).

I think that might be your issue.  I have 3 CapOne accounts and I noticed that it only displays PC options for the the account that appears in the top left position of the home screen.  It would be nice if there was an option to select the account you want to have it check.

 There are two workarounds:

#1 - YMMV - IME sometimes this method worked, sometimes it didn't.

at the main page click on one of the accounts, view account
add "/productupgrade" at the end of the url string

if the account has any offers they will pop up

repeat with each account

#2

you can reorder your accounts -
at main log in page, click on down arrow (upper right corner)
- choose settings

just under the list of accounts there is a hyperlink
- click reorder accounts

a pop up window will open where you can drap and drop accounts in order of preference

Hmmm

Link worked for me.  Too bad I don't think I would use the VentureOne card. Smiley Frustrated

Re: CapitalOne PC - We've hit a snag

@ocheosa, thanks for the suggestions.  Unfortunately, neither worked for me. Smiley Sad  I was surprised to see that the upgrade options were still latched onto the other account that I moved out of first position.  Oh well.  If I'm serious about finding out what PC options might be available for my other accounts, I'll just contact CS. Smiley Wink

Thank you for the suggestion, Neither work for me as well.

I am happy with what I have, If I need PC or upgrade, I could just call them to find out

OP try clearing your cache/cookies. CCleaner is the best out there and try again on a laptop if your using a phone.
