I'm an AU on someone's Capital One card and don't have a login that links to it. I have an account with Capital One for another card but it doesn't give me an access or information about the AU card.

No, I don't think so.  At least I never could on my dh's accts.  Just separated on his stmts. iirc.  (hit the wrong button) eta: Only Amex is all I've seen like you mentioned.
